STMT Short Term
Missionary Training
STMT Short Term Missionary Training is a one year discipleship
training program that aims to equip students with the word of
God for practical ministry, leadership and discipling others.
It is a life changing year, where students are transformed into
disciples of Jesus Christ. The calling and character of each
student is refined as this program has been developed to teach
students the word of God, to hear the voice of God, to be part
of a team and ministry and to do practical evangelism .
Every year students go on outreaches in different towns,
villages and schools in Namibia, preaching the word , teaching
abstinence and knowing God, praying for the sick and reaching
out to people in the most remote areas.

Dynamic discipleship, Leadership training and the Purpose Driven
Life are some of the material used as part of the annual
curriculum. At STMT the development of the individual in the
four most important areas of life are given much emphasis. They
are Spiritually, Physically, Mentally and Socially. At the end
of the STMT year, we hope to present every student as a disciple
of Jesus Christ well equipped and ready for service in the
Kingdom of God.
